2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We can send you the samples for free ( depends on the kinds and QTY of samples)

3) How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay for the sample charge and we confirm the drawing with each other, the samples will be ready for 2-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4) Can you do the OEM/ ODM for us?

5) What payment terms can I use?

You can pay by using T/T（bank transfer), Credit card ( Visa or mastercard ), Online bank transfer, Boleto, Ali Pay-later function. We can accept 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

6) What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 5 to 15 days. Generally speaking, all of the goods can be reach your address within 4 weeks. ( Note: Many businessman purchase in the 2-3 month before Christmas, so that period of shipment will be slow. 7) If the product is damaged when I receive, what should we do?

For product quality problem, we will refund or re-send the new products to you.
