1. Are your products up to standard?

Our company has quality control department, IPQC checks the daily production, QA opens boxes to inspect, FQC ensures all products meet our customer’s requirements. 

2. Is the price of the product negotiable?

2. How soon can I get the quotation?

In general, enquiries including urgent cases will be handled ASAP, within 24 hours of receiving. 

4. Can buyers request a sample before placing an order?

Samples that are in stock can usually be dispatched by express delivery within 3 working days upon request. Please note we do not charge for samples but buyers need to bear the freight charge.

If own designs required, it takes 12-30 working days to make new injection mould, subject to different designs. In any case, we aim to respond fast to your request. 

5. Can you make customized products and packaging?

Our professional, experienced design team can provide customization on mainstream mobile phone brands and various models of protection covers, as well as different packaging. Latest trends can also be recommended if required.

6.  How long is the production lead time?

The delivery time of each product varies depending on the stock level. If products are in stock, we usually dispatch within 3 working days after receiving the payment. 

If customization is needed, it takes 5-10 working days to allow design approvals and other communications.

7. Is freight charge fixed?

Our company has many years of experience in export. Customers' orders will be followed up by experienced logistics specialists, who shall suggest the best way of transportation. Freight charges will be discussed according to the customer's time requirements.

8. Is there any color discrepancy?

Colour discrepancy may appear due to the lighting factor when taking photographs and across different media. Please be assured that our company always  tries our best to minimize the color difference on our website.
